At the end of this research, interview to the executor of this project will be needed for knowing the reasons which cause the variation between the plan and the implementation. And then, will be used to calculate Schedule Varians (SV), Cost Varians (CV), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Cost Performance Index (CPI), Estimation at and to Schedule, and also Estimation at and to Cost. These data will be processed to three indicators, which are BCWS, BCWP, and ACWP. The data those are needed for this research are Budget Plan, Time Schedule, Work Plan and Realization Report, and also Actual Budget Report. This research has been done along the 34th until 37th week of the project. The object of this research is Darussalam Gontor Modern Boarding School’s Tower. One of the controlling method that could be implemented is Earned Value Concept. Both of them have to be controlled, so that the implementation will accord the plan. Cost and schedule are two of the constraints those have to be concerned. Every construction project has some constraints to achieve its purpose, such as cost, schedule, and quality.
